NEO Shopping Center, which is the first modern shopping mall of Eskişehir, was designed by ERA Architects and constructed on a 50.111 m² plot of land. The project consists of a 10.500 m² hypermarket, a 30.000 m² shopping arcade with 140 shops, a 52.000 m² covered carpark and      5.000 m² of movie halls, totaling 103.000 m².
