This 30,588m² complex, which is the headquarters of the tax department of Moscow, was jointly designed by KORAY’s Architectural Department and Mos-Project 1 and, was constructed by KORAY. The complex consists of an auxiliary building and two buildings (14 and 15 floors) that connect to each other. These buildings contains offices, administrational areas, 2 data processing centers, educational department of the tax inspectorate, a conference hall with 300 seats, a cafeteria for 268 people, a health and sports center with 2 saunas and fitness centers and an underground carpark for 46 cars.
