The shoreline is Malta's residence and shopping mall project with the largest construction area of m2. Consisting of 363 flats, 7 villas and 44 commercial areas, the project is located in the Smartcity area, a technology park under development in Kalkara, Malta.

As of March 1, 2024, the shopping mall has been opened. Housing construction continues.
