The project, which has a landscaping area of 10,000 sqm, also has a shopping center and various socio-cultural areas in the podium section. The typical office floors of the tower section is planned to provide A+ office spaces. The highest 4 floors will contain executive offices with a heliport at the roof. The project aims to be awarded with a Leed Gold Green Building Certificate. |
