Samara Neftegaz Headquarters is one of the first projects constructed in the area marked by the city plan as the new business district adjacent to Volga River. The construction of this 17 floor, 15,000sqm "A Class" office project was finished and handed over to the full satisfation of the client in 14 months.
The project, which consists of 2 high rise towers connected to each other on the final 2 floors is the first high rise development in the area and, contains; a conference hall, a cafeteria, meeting rooms, executive rooms, open office spaces and an underground parking area. |
