Project Information

Located at the heart of Moscow city center, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade Complex has a construction area of 27,300 sqm. The scope of work undertaken by KORAY was the complete renovation and restoration of an existing 7 storey high building and included architectural construction (formwork and finishing), renewal of engineering systems (heating, ventilation and air conditioning, cooling, water supply and sewerage systems), earthing, lighting protection, fire fighting and alarm systems and installation of 14 new lifts.
