Quality Management

KORAY, with its knowledge accumulation, experience, construction quality, the best solutions it offers to its clients and the secure working environment it provides for its employees, has adopted the continuity of  trust it has created in prestigious building construction undertakings and the name Koray which has become synonymous with this trust, as its quality policy.

KORAY Quality Plan has been prepared according to the needs of quality management system and in accordance with ISO 9001 - 2008 standards. Koray's conception of quality starts with tender stage and main office management. It includes the issues related to mobilization, site office erection, project planning, contract discussions, technical-financial planning and follow-up, design coordination, selection and control of subcontractors and providers, procurement, construction management, follow-up of client satisfaction, acceptance procedures, project closure, demobilization and management of documents and data.

The intended purpose of the quality plan is to realize the needs of clients/customers within the framework of related laws, procedures and the construction contract.

For this purpose, Koray aims to ;
  • Make sure that all construction work and services given to its clients are in accordance with the legal regulations, KORAY's principles and the expectations of its clients and that all precautions are taken and the existing quality management system is constantly improved.
  • Systematically carry forward the know-how it has accumulated since its foundation to present and future projects by using quality management system.
  • Set and apply principles to avoid repeating the same mistakes by analyzing and evaluating the causes of the mistakes
  • Procure, maintain and periodically service construction machinery according to pre-planned schedules and keep record of all service jobs and spare parts
  • Create a sense of security in all matters which necessitate privacy and confidentiality
  • Document quality control procedures and inspections, manage missing/faulty work items, calibrate measuring equipment, keeping a machinery and equipment inventory and tracking sub-contractors.
  • Manage all procedures that can effect productivity and efficiency and provide documentation to show their relaion to each other.
  • Form an organizational body according to the quality plan and spread the conception of quality to all employees.
