Ormanada is an outstanding project which offers you to experience total pleasure of nature by bringing the forest and the feeling of living in a forest altogether to your urban life. It has been developed by the Eczacibasi Real Estate Development and Investment Group. The Project has been designed with the collation of tranquility, comfort, neighbourhood, trust, sustainability and nature themes by leading brand-name firms, which are Torti Gallas and Partners, Kreatif Architects and Rainer Schmidt Landscape Architects.
The Project has a 22 hectare site area and is planned to be built in 3 phases. It consists of 187 villas, 83 blocks, social facilities and green spaces. In the first phase 50 villas and 40 blocks, in second phase 61 villas and 2 blocks and in third phase 76 villas and 41 blocks will be completed. The Project gives the oppurtunity to choose from a wide variety of different units such as villas with pools or gardens, simplex and dublex blocks. The sizes of the villas vary between the range of 290~679 m² and as for the blocks 175~425 m².
There will be walking & bicycle paths, two tennis courts, a basketball court and multi-purpose sport halls, eight playgrounds and two recreation areas within the social facility areas. A cafe-restaurant, a market place, open and closed swimming pools, a pilates-fitness center, a sauna, a steam bath and massage rooms will be in the social facility areas which are called "Adameydan", "Adamekan" and "Adaçarsi". It is planned to grow healthy and tasty fruits and vegetables within the 5 acre Ormanada natural garden area called "Adabostan". You will also have the chance to buy those fresh and natural fruits and vegetables on specific days of the week from Adabostan.
