This project is located in Eskişehir and is planned to be constructed in 3 phases on a 57,000sqm land.
The 1st phase of the project, which is currently under construction on a 29,333sqm plot of land, comprises 120 apartments with areas ranging from 136 to 184sqm in 3 storey high buildings above ground floor level which serve as car parking areas. Each apartment has electric shutters in the windows, a centrally monitored fire alarm system, UPS and access to social facilities such as
a covered swimming pool, open basketball and tennis courts, a sports and fitness center, a meeting room, a game room, sauna and massage rooms. Landscaping of the project features walking paths, and playgrounds for children.
