In Bursa, a new breed of housing is being developed in "güzelbiryer" or "beautiful place" where everything from the design project to workmanship details is taken into consideration. Giving more space to the earth and the sky, the plan bears in mind the needs of today's society. Residential units no higher than four floors in a natural setting, rather than high-rise apartment buildings, will make up the complex. In "güzelbiryer" houses and surprisingly secluded apartment blocks are plunged into lovely green gardens where everyone can take a deep breath. Seven gardens, each conceived according to a different theme, give residents ample choice. For the first time, a Meditation Garden has been designed for those residents seeking inner peace and relaxation, so they can practice yoga ridding their bodies and souls of the day's accumulation of stress.
