| As can be seen from the continuation of the same type of precast elements in both projects, this building was designed by the German architectural design group Von Gerkan-Marg+Partner, to form a unity with the adjacent Karum Commercial Center project. The 143 m high building has a total construction area of 38,000sqm, accommodating 295 guestrooms, 13 executive suites, 2 diplomatic suites and 1 presidential suite. |
